OnMyWay Posted November 1, 2014 Author Posted November 1, 2014 Have you guys cleaned out your temp (Cache) files? Yes, I tried that right away. The error "you have been logged out due to inactivity" seems to be related to timing.

Jollygoodfellow Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 I don't know Mike. I still think it might have something to do with Globe. Or my Chrome browser? Why would it be globe when they posted a notice about problems with their website? Anyway its working fine here in Australia right now but I'm not logged in as I have no account. https://www.bpiexpressonline.com/
RBM Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 As the link JGF provided indicates, this is not a Globe problem - the web site has been down. Of all the Philippine bank websites BPI is the worst but I've had the same problem from time to time with Capital One back in the US. Untitled.png This has not been my experience at all. Have been using BPI express for a number of years without problems. At times it will not open, says maintenance but second try get right in no worries. With tablet or desk top makes no difference. Have been very happy with it. Most of my transactions are here in The Philippines.
MikeB Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 This has not been my experience at all. Have been using BPI express for a number of years without problems If you read some of the comments on the link in post #9 that go back over a year plenty of people have reported problems with this website. It's functioning now but the past few days before it's been basically down. You can login but can't do any transaction. That isitdown site is just doing connectivity checks, not checking if the customers actually have access to their accounts.
MikeB Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 OMW - I managed to make 2 Globe payments on the BPI site, one yesterday (Sun), one the day before (Sat). Today when I checked the last 7 days transactions the payments weren't there. When I tried to go back to the home screen I got a popup that I had been "logged off due to inactivity". It had not even been 5 seconds since I clicked the mouse and my hand never stopped moving it. Site works great.
