Lechon Manok, try Snr Pedro outlets all over the country, it is a franchise, pick one that always has a queue, ( gorordo ave, pardo ) Laing ( dried Gabi leaves cooked in coconut milk) golden cowrie on salinas drive Sinigang. ( pork, prawn, beef, etc.) bitter soup flavored with tamarind. Bulalo.
