The simple leg stand I could not resist and did 18. Fitness and strength is not my problem. I work out 3----4 times a week in the gym including 30 minutes cardio heart at 150. Also a lot of hiking and some light mountain climbing. My problem is obtaining the positions in yoga from the beginners program. As a guide one should be able to sit and stand unaided which I cannot accomplish. Most of the you tube yoga courses seem to focus on a younger set not seniors such as myself.
