Dumaguete No Pee Policy?

Was watching Youtube videos about Dumaguete last night and one video showed a sign warning about peeing on the wall. Is this common in Dumaguete, the signs I mean?

In a word, BOTH are common but as usual, the signs are peed on and I make no joke, In fact I am beginning to think that it is done on Purpose so that everyone pees in the same place :hystery: on the notice.

:hystery:  No!  not personally but there is a sign at the back wall of a well known Restaurant that does a fair trade in sausages from the attached DELI.

Hmmmmmmmmm I have gone off sausages all of a sudden :unsure:

Nope.  I know of a place by an electric transformer that has a similar sign PLUS a sign warning of high voltage and I still see them pissing there.  In addition I walk along the boulevard each night and up to 8 pm there is a public washroom that is neat and clean and the charge is 2 pesos.  I am always the only one to use it as everyone else pees into the ocean (foreigners and locals alike . . monkey see, monkey forget that they were raised civilized.)

Then the electric isn't wired corectly there. If peeing on a corect* wired one, then it's realy hurt   :lol:
