Dave Hounddriver Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 (edited) They are calling it Tropical Depression 23 at this site: http://www.tropicalstormrisk.com/ The prediction is Category 1 storm hitting Dumaguete in less than 48 hours from now. Lots of rain and some wind. Problem is that it is following the same pattern as Sendong in 2011. Everyone in the area get ready for some flooding. Edit: More info here: http://weather.com.ph/announcements/tropical-depression-23w-seniang-update-number-001 They are calling it Seniang.. sounds too close to Sendong for me. Dave if you hear any news on the area at lower Cervantes St Ex, on way to Robinsons appreciate it. Last time the creek there over flowed resulting in bad flooding. Supposedly this has been remedied. RBM I don't know how it will affect this Creek you mention but the River is Rising rapidly and if it feeds the creek it will rise also. Seems whatever they Do they just can't remedy it. Sorry I can't give you better News but the flood people are out there monitoring. If the River breaches the Spillway like last time, we will be cut off in Junob again. Hypermart and Robinsons will have a field day Unless like many times before the Idiots out there try and cross it.

Anything else would be impolite :cheersty:
