Bob. I paid for my ACR card a year ago, still waiting for it, every time I go to BI I ask if it is there yet, sorry sir not available now will check and call you Monday, they never call. :bash:  I am not sure but with the new ID at BI will they issue a different and update card. :1 (103):

I guess I am lucky still waiting for 5 weeks for my ACR card. I wasn't particularly bothered but I went into the local CebuPacific office the other day to book a flight and was informed that if I had an official, Philippines issued document showing my age,I would have received a discount. Not having seen one, I assume the ACR card has that info.
