Jollygoodfellow Posted January 25, 2015 Posted January 25, 2015 I just log into my smart account and all the info is there. I top up my load in Australia from, https://store.smartpinoy.com/ They used to say if your ballace drops to 0 when outside the Philippines you cant top it up but I have found that its not true or aplicable anymore as a couple of times I forgot about it but still topped up. I did lose about 5000 free text by not keeping it topped up but such is life.
Huggybearman Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 I top up my smart prepaid sim, both when in Phils or abroad, online via my BDO account. I would think most banks offer this facility. I check my balance either by the the Smart Menu > buddy balance or online using https://mobile.smart.com.ph/
