Its really appreciated and as a total novice its a huge benefit. yes jack your words ring true that huge IF word. At this time we are pretty much taken with the woodgrain PVC. Available at the ever helpful Citi Hardware, just yet to calculate the costs but going to be a lot more than hardiflex.
