John Michael Kane Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 I'm looking for a plan/provider that can call/text all mobile networks here within the Philippines with unlimited text/minutes to all networks. Does that even exist? If there is no truly unlimited plan available, is there a generous one when it comes to minutes/texts and isn't locked into not being able to call other networks?
