Posting Letters From The Philippines To The Uk

I sent a letter from my local post office here in Dalaguete to the UK(registered post) Normally this would arrive at the destination in the UK in 14 days as They have many times before for me.

 

It took 14 days to get to the UK and arrived 31 January 2015 at 0715am. I was tracking it and could find no trace of it in the UK. Until yesterday when it had arrived at the sorting office in Doncaster UK.  This is not the final destination and it has taken the UK post office to sort and move it 32 days for a distance of about 300 miles.

 

This is one up for the Philippines as it only took them 14 days to move it approximately 7500 miles.Although it should have reached it`s destination within 14 days.
