Dave Hounddriver Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 the ARP form and what it is all about They will ask a lot of personal questions about your family members but seem willing to accept less than complete answers if you are vague in your responses. They also want a digital photo (that they take) as well as a hard copy (that you provide) and they take your digital fingerprints.
