Larry45 Posted June 16, 2015 Posted June 16, 2015 I agree with the best sleeping hours being 10p- 4am, as that's typically the quietest time in the Philippines. Also I understand about advising people to drink more water in the morning, as we tend to wake up somewhat dehydrated and need more fluids in the morning to get the body back to normal.
