Gratefuled Posted August 25, 2015 Posted August 25, 2015 My server now connects me via Singapore. Yahoo Singapore. Seems like Yahoo Philippines is no longer operational. Where does one go online to get news about the Philippines? I want to keep an update on current events in the Philippines. Anyone, Help?

Where does one go online to get news about the Philippines? I want to keep an update on current events in the Philippines. Anyone, Help? Apparently it was shut down 2 months ago and is as you say, routed through Singapore but the site say it will still have Philippine news updates. Gratefuled Posted August 25, 2015 Author Posted August 25, 2015 Thanks Jack. It is still difficult to get connected via Singapore. Well, at least for me it is. Not much in the way of News unless nothing worthy of reporting. I get more News from my wife via her TV News.

Gratefuled Posted August 25, 2015 Author Posted August 25, 2015 Thanks everyone. I get the Mindanao Times already. I notice that some of the others are biased one way or the other. Meaning, they have nothing but good news being reported about their favorite candidates. I remember something I read once from a very wise man. I quote: " Those who do not read newspapers are uninformed. Those who do are misinformed" ( Mark Twain) I suppose the same could be said about the internet but one has to discern what is fact and what is not. Thanks again. I was just curious about Yahoo Philippines.
