Thomas Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 12 to 16 at 10 pm Latest.Well. It's a huge difference between a 12 year old and a 16 year old...When I were 15-16 myself I finnished sport exersixes two times per week LATER than 10 :hystery: and in weekends I wouldn't like to go home when the party STARTS... Yeah and Howwwww many years ago was this? I can't count that far :boohoo: :) From age 5 to grown up I lived in the worst suburb of Stockholm back then (Bandhagen, renamed to Bandit-hagen :) but it became much less bad when the leaders of the youth gang were put in jail, when I were around 13.
Gratefuled Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 In the states they have " RAVE Parties". Usually all night long at some secret location known only to the party goers. Drugs, alcohol and music are supplied by the host or hosts. They are illegal but they still happen. Many minors are known to attend without the knowledge of their parents. Maybe they tell their parents that they are spending the night at a friends house. Maybe some parents are too trusting, maybe some just don't care. Not until their child is found drugged and raped or killed. I've not heard of Rave Parties in the Philippines but maybe beause I've not heard about it or maybe they don't happen here.

Dave Hounddriver Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 As we get further into the 'future' it seems that the 'past' was a much more pleasant time. I remember when kid napping was a good thing.
