earthdome Posted October 5, 2015 Posted October 5, 2015 Once I flew back to the states from Manila with a connecting flight in China. That was a real pain in the ass because I had to get my baggage, go through immigration and customs, then recheck my bags. Just to change planes and only had 2 hours to do it. So I avoid booking any flights which has a change of planes in China. With the price of fuel down I would expect you could get some pretty good prices on a round trip. I found that I liked using United Airlines when flying from the US midwest to Manila and found I could get the best rate by going directly to the united.com website. Just checked and saw a price of $808 for a round trip from Chicago to Manila.
