Balikbayan Program Verses Wife With Dual Citizenship?

I entered the Philippines twice with my wife in on year (2014) and received a new 1 year BB stamp both times. The two trips were only 4 months apart.

Had the same experience in 2012, two trips to the Philippines, four months apart. New 1 year BB stamp each time.
