robert k Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 If you are with JP Morgan / Chase I suggest Metro bank simply because they work with that US bank. China bank ATM also work with JP M/Chase. Last I checked, BPI and PNB don't and it sucks to not be able to check your US bank balance at your Philippine bank's ATM.
jpbago Posted March 17, 2016 Posted March 17, 2016 RCBC is involved in this latest money laundering scam in the Philippines. Unless these questions are answered and the loopholes in money laundering are plugged, international hackers may still consider the Philippines as a playground for cybrecrimes," Recto said. For the hackers, it's really more fun in the Philippines. (Every day is really a fiesta for them). I watched the senate hearing last Tuesday live on Rappler. Today's hearing is an executive closed door so it won't be live. For a country with no ice, there sure was a lot of skating around the answers. http://www.msn.com/en-ph/news/national/experts-aid-needed-to-unmask-hackers-contacts-in-rcbc-recto/ar-BBqwpWR?li=AAb280R&ocid=mailsignout http://www.msn.com/en-ph/news/national/rcbc-branch-manager-to-tell-all-in-executive-session/ar-BBqxGQR?li=AAb280R&ocid=mailsignout
