jpbago Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 leave me some feedback Do you really need a battery? As long as you have electricity, your laptop works. With no electricity, you have no wifi. For me, without wifi, I don't have much use for my laptop.
Dave Hounddriver Posted March 4, 2016 Author Posted March 4, 2016 Do you really need a battery? Need? No. I've been running it without benefit of battery for months now. But as soon as there is a slight fluctuation in the power the thing dies and anything I am doing on it is lost. And then there are the brownouts, it would be nice if the laptop worked during brownouts.
Kiwi-Alan Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 Looks like it may be a problem with the supply, try a post on a tech site and see what replys you can get, maybe a easy fix.

In that case, then you need an AVR and a UPS. http://www.panther.ph/what-new/panther-automatic-voltage-regulator-w-power-on-delay-bypass/ http://www.newegg.com/UPS/SubCategory/ID-72 Cancel that trip to Boracay. The AVR and UPS will last longer than the memories of Boracay.
