Jollygoodfellow Posted December 20, 2015 Posted December 20, 2015 These guys have got fair trade right. Now how do I get an instructor license? :santa_trumpet: Dutch bid to stop instructors offering driving lessons for sex fails Dutch politicians have resisted an attempt by conservative MPs to stop driving instructors trading lessons for sex. It has long been legal for driving teachers to give lessons in return for sex as long as their students are aged over 18, RT reports. Dutch MPs were forced to defend the controversial practice amid a bid by the Christian Union party to make the "Ride for Ride" exchange illegal. Christian Union MP Gert Jan-Segers said that students offering sex for driving lessons were unlike sex workers because they would not hold an escort licence and would not be declaring the sexual services for tax purposes. Netherlands Transport Minister Melanie Schultz van Haegen and Justice Minister Ard van der Steur defended to practice in a jointly-signed letter. "It's not about offering sexual activities for remuneration, but offering a driving lesson," the ministers said. "It is important that the initiative lies with the driving instructor, and focuses on offering a driving lesson, with the payment provided in sexual acts. "When a sexual act offered in lieu of financial payment, that is prostitution.” Read more at http://www.9news.com.au/world/2015/12/21/02/44/bid-to-stop-instructors-offering-driving-lessons-for-sex-fails#F68XptIRGk0gppRl.99

Hey Steve Posted December 20, 2015 Posted December 20, 2015 Folks spending money on gifts and expenses for parties and get-togethers this time of year likely means money to pay driving instructors fall low on the todum pole. So they have to tighten (or loosen) their belt this time of year depending on how you want to look at it. :santa dance:
Dave Hounddriver Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 (edited) I can picture it now: "Maam, I know I said you can pay for your driving lessons with sex but haven't you got anything smaller?" Or how about a cute trainee saying: "Sir, if I pay with this luscious body it will be too much. Can you give me an extra 50 back?" Jollygoodfellow Posted December 21, 2015 Author Posted December 21, 2015 For some instructors I guess they would go broke quickly. Can't pay the bills with only a smile on your face. The idea would never work here in Aus or I guess many countries as what if you refused to teach someone because she was not to your liking? You would be sued for discrimination. Anyway I put in for a business permit in Cebu, just waiting the outcome of my application and brushing up on my teaching skills.
jpbago Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 were unlike sex workers because they would not hold an escort licence and would not be declaring the sexual services for tax purposes. Where is our tax expert? If the student driver was a foreigner on vacation, would she have to pay taxes in her home country? Do they have young female instructors for the male students?
