I read this recent topic started by Medic Mike so no need to repeat that....

 

We are looking for leads on a place to buy (wife can own) or rent near or in Guadalupe, Cebu City.  We are ready to make the move now.  

 

Range?  Middle range (15-30k / month) preferred but will consider lower end (under 15k) with the right location.

 

3 bedroom preferred, 4 or 2 considered.

 

No need to point out negative aspects of Cebu.  I've lived here and have adapted.

There are no real estate sponsors on this forum. Maybe try Cebu classifieds and OLX . As you would be aware most prices on these sites could be inflated.
