Looking for trades people in Bacolod

It took me several years in Cebu to figure out where to go for different services and I am still trying to do that here in Bacolod.

Currently, I am in need for a welder or welding shop. I have a concrete wall around my property that has old ugly barb wire on the top for security. I want to replace it with some metal spikes. Any leads on this would be appreciated along with a good shop or individual for plumbing and electrical work.
