GregZ Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 (edited) This is from an article in March 2016: According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), most parts of the country will experience lesser or no rain at all in the coming months due to the strong El Niño that continues to persist. READ STORY HERE Edit: The video says that it is expected to weaken through March, April, May. That doesn't look to be true so far. What we have here in Cebu City, Guadalupe is water flowing only half of the day. It seems less every day also. We are having to carry water from our lower faucets to other areas, even on same ground floor. AND with a house full of people you have to get a bath while the water is there so you can top everything off for cooking and toilet use. It is quite a management dilemma. i showered last night with just 4 scoops of water. Gees... Have to shower together to save water today. There is a bright side to everything. We are having inconsistent power outages. For that we have a generator wired direct into the electric panel for essential circuits. When at CDO they were having scheduled power outages lasting 4-5 hours at a time. That was back in March. SO, are others having water cutoff along with brown outs? Location?
