sonjack2847 Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 We went to Sibulan twin lakes on Wednesday which is near Dumaguete. It was a nice day out but boy,or girl was it ever hot.It is well worth a visit but don`t think about eating there as the food is very basic. As per usual foreigners paid double what the locals pay.
robert k Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 I found it much cooler up there at that elevation with the drier air but then I lived 10 meters above sea level in Sibulan without air conditioning.

It may be a lot cooler but if you are in the sun you can get a bad burn. You are 5000 fee closer to the sun and close to the equator too.
