florin1106 Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 I am preparing documents for a Probationary Permanent Visa.. On the Check List, box #7 it requires a BI Clearance Certificate. The Tagbilaran, Bohol Office here, does not issues such Certificates..It's only a Field Office ! Now... Is there any special form for that? How long does it takes to get one ? Can be done in the same day when you bring all the documents with you? Photos needed? Need it be Notarized? What else should I know or do to get this done fast? Thank you for all posters who always are trying to help.. You guys are great.. Chuck

It takes at least a day but check the information on it once you receive it. Clerks are known to make typos and enter wrong information which you are responsible for. Good Luck Now lets be careful on this one. NBI Clearance for a 13a can be 15 to 21 Working days as it has to go to manila for Adjudication, I just did mine and I was lucky, 10 days. Just saying Jack Morning All

He did say "permanent visa". My wife reminded me that locals can get theirs done in 2 weeks but foreigners will take up to 1 month. Yes, you are lucky to have had yours done in 10 days. I hope this helps Florin 106
