Popular Post frosty (chris) Posted April 30, 2016 Popular Post Posted April 30, 2016 We went shopping this morning and while she was at the chicken section I was looking to buy some bones for the dog. I spied some pig's trotters (feet) at 58 pesos a kilo, not to big or small cut into good size for the pot and dog (small). We came home and she decided to do the washing, I stuck the trotters in a pot to cook, well about half an hour latter, I see her having lunch, rice and something, so I ask what is it and she tells me it was the nice trotters I cooked for her lunch and can I do some more soon. Didn't have the heart to tell her they were the dog's bones, but they both enjoyed them.

Yeah you are right about strange, funny we were talking last night and S asked me too add some vegies with the trotters next time and also some pumpkin . I told her that we will have to check the budget to see if we can afford to buy more trotters . The dog was happy.
Methersgate Posted June 4, 2016 Posted June 4, 2016 My wife treks into the nearest big town to buy frozen beef offal imported from the Philippines. She does not seem impressed by Angus fillet steak from our local butcher, nor has it occurred to her that he can supply beef offal - indeed, he gives it away as dog food.
