I like where you are going with this but filipinas translate words from English in the way that best suits them. Thus every time she wants to spend money it will be an Emergency Budget Overflow. I find it best to name the savings with your goal. For example, this inadvertently worked for me: Name the savings as Yvonne's Going to Canada fund.
