Then, if you get in an accident... just put the sign on the body. No crime, no foul! Wouldn't it just be easier to pay the 10k php and get on with your life?

Hmmmmmmm Ron, said with Tongue in Cheek So how come Serial Killers stay at large so long in the main, many of these Vigilanties will go for the same MO and a behaviour pattern just may be Born, Look at recent events, it always says in the Press, "Tandem Motor Cycle Riders" Blast so & so is this not a behaviour pattern JMHO Folks but......................... mogo51 Posted June 26, 2016 Posted June 26, 2016 (edited) Jack it is a Modus Operandi, not a behaviour pattern. From my experience, many offences are 'copied' by others, not a developed behaviour. When an offender sees someone has done a specific crime and succeeded, they will 'get on board' as they think they are on a 'winner'. My comment was directed towards a murderer will, if they think it is a good idea, tie someone up before murdering them. Or they may not, usually the latter. Serial killers tend to sit and plan what they are going to do - 'one offers' usually do the deed and leg it! Things such as no number plates on car, are things any stupid criminal will do - unless they are total dumb f;;;ks. Mind you I have had them do armed hold ups in their own car and wonder why they got caught. Edited June 26, 2016 by mogo51

There were tears before and there will be tears after because there are always tears, innocents were suffering a year ago also, innocents will be suffering 50 years from now, it's the human condition.

Most probably, some of the members (suspects) of PNP and military are moonlighting in civilian clothes to get rid of the competition. They are the financiers and protectors of prostitution, jueteng and drug trafficking. Key points, 1-2-3. 1. The PNP now has a license to kill. As they may have had previously. They may do that with no real fear of prosecution. 2. It could be on duty or off duty. 3. It depends on what you think about vigilante or Mafia style justice. Many Filipino's think it's great until it arrives on their doorstep. Only then will they have a rethink.
