There you go.

And that has been par for the course here over many presidents, many generations.

According to the paper this morning, this mass firing only applies to P-noy appointees.

So, what competent successful businessperson in the private sector would take a step down to an unstable position to satisfy an ego? Most who are competent and successful business people will stay put in the private sector where they can climb the ladder of success without the fear of being fired by the next president.

Rich people want to be president for POWER, not for the money.

Some people know how to handle power, some do not.

What is the starting govt monthly salary of a new mayor of a major city like Cavite City (south of Manila)?  How much does he or she spend campaigning for that office?  Are there any qualification prerequisites like a BS degree, office management or financial skills, public speaking......typing?

And yet, throughout modern political history there has been a B list actor as president, boxing champion, family dynasties and certainly already acquired wealth (ill gotten) and power (private army) that would swing the votes in their favor.

It's called ROI -- return of investment.  The mayor will renovate his new office, starting with a customized table with large drawers.  It's called under the table deals or in the case of Joseph E, it's called a midnight deal among his Rolex inner circles.  Many city permits are waiting for the mayor's signature as the drawer slides open.

Hopefully, this master toilet flush of previous corrupt officials will do the trick this time.  Es mo pun in da Philippines.......

I like the desk idea Jake, with a drawer I push from my side which protrudes out on the side of my visitor and they can put money in it if they want but I never took money.:whistling: The thing is, do I need my own special desk or can I just use the one the former occupant left?:SugarwareZ-005:
