If you have a 13A yes you can get it at the airport, if not you need to get it at the BI

You can get it at any terminal. When you approach immigration there is a separate kiosk for 13a cardholders to pay. I leave and return on a fairly regular basis. That's where they sting you an arm and a leg for having the 13a. As the officer told me "it's you first exit of the year sir". WTF??. How many times a year are you expecting me to go out and how will that save me? Edited August 22, 2016 by chris49
Forum Support Popular Post scott h Posted August 22, 2016 Author Forum Support Popular Post Posted August 22, 2016 Thanks guys, great thing about THIS forum is a bloke can always count on the information gained by other members. So here is what I did. I dusted off my ole Operations NCO hat, gathered all available information and did a proper MDMP (Military Decision Making Process). After weighing the pro's and con's, I came up with three probable COA's (courses of action) and presented them to my higher authority. 1. Follow the advice of members and get my ECC at the airport 2. Make a dry run to the airport (we live 20 minutes away) locate the kiosks and ensure that the service is still available. 3. Make the trip to BI in Intramuros and get the ECC the old fashioned way. The Commanders' decision? Whelp being a child of the dictatorship, having 2 parents and 1 brother who worked for the government, and having worked for years at NAIA for the Philippine Department of Tourism before her marriage and with a huge distrust of the abilities and organizational skills of government workers, it has been decided that we will pursue COA 3 and go to BI . I don't mind, its a straight shot up Roxas Blvd, gives us a chance to have lunch at Intramuros, and maybe swing by the casino on the way home. Most important thing is. I GOT the information, SHE MADE THE decision, so if anything goes wrong? Its not MY FAULT!!!

It's the ole "heads I win, tails you lose" situation
