As I understand it, he has a speech impediment but he was/is understandable and people like the sound of his voice. Case in point? Alex Trebec of Jeopardy... Hehe! I myself have the same dreaded sound... I lived with my sister for my last year in Canada... She used to get angry over my "radio" voice... My natural voice... She couldn't argue with me and win... Hehe..! To keep her happy, I would revert to my Canadian East Coast sound... Have I lost either one?
