The 13 a allows free entry but they sting you for each exit which negates some of it. But ok there are certain advantages to the 13 a. Not the ones you describe.

Also the 13 a requires a lengthy renewal after the first 12 months probationary. And possible glitches such as the one you just faced. Smooth sailing after that.

 

Chris I really just wanted to start getting things in order and as I have invested in buying land, building and furnishing the house and opening the businesses I really wanted to get some form of protection of ownership rights and I don't believe a BB visa would offer that. 

I am a person who wants to do things now so that also played a big part. 

For all who mentioned my attitude I am a great believer that getting worked up or angry will not get you anywhere so go with the flow, keep smiling and win friends.
