Their US arm is called UMAC who have a branch in St Petersburg. Their head office is in Manila with branches wordwide. 

if you go to their UK website  www.forexcargouk.com  and click on the 'Branches' header it will give you the US sites. Use the map function and click on the Tampa pin and their contact details will come up.

Just came across this post, no branch in Bangkok or Pattaya unfortunately.  Probably why the others are such robbers.
