If your situation is as you say it is, why go to Zamboanga Mindanao? ( a few days vacation  )

Either try a flight to Manila, if that fails, surely you must seek the help you are being advise to do by members here.

I agree Tawi Tawi (along with the whole Sulu archipelago) is a no go... If he is in Dumaguete, just catch a ferry to the island of Cebu, then a bus to the airport.

Whats the point, he already said they would not him leave the country another time at the airport.

 Did the OP ever say why his ECC was turned Down? There are ways to sort that!

He said there was a HOLD ORDER. And after the ensuing discussion he did not give full details.

A hold order is issued by the DOI so no way around that.

So it seems like he wants to go into hiding or find another way out. Maybe boat?

Of course there's going to be more to the story if he ever will tell us.  As usual there's a woman involved. Maybe more than one. Reading between the lines.

In Mindanao currently and honestly I feel quite safe.

Visited the North side of Chicago recently, felt quite safe there............doesn't mean I would go to the south side where the murder right is higher than most war zones...........just saying.
