I would suggest spending time to identify what area you want to live in then get a short term rental, pension house, etc. so you are actually living in the area where you are searching for a rental. Walk around looking for apartment for rent signs. If there is a building with multiple units ask a security guard or someone local if any units are available. Best way to find a place is to walk around, look and ask.
