Reboot Posted February 23, 2017 Posted February 23, 2017 (edited) Hey JGF I'll be in Kasambagan for a few weeks...just next to the golf course in a place called One Oasis. Is that close to the resto? If it is maybe I'll pay a visit for some Mexican food. Edited February 23, 2017 by Reboot
Happyhorn52 Posted February 24, 2017 Posted February 24, 2017 It looks like Cebu could use a good Mexican Restaurant if you can find a good cook. https://www.tripadvisor.com/Restaurants-g298460-c29-Cebu_City_Cebu_Island_Visayas.html
Forum Support scott h Posted February 24, 2017 Forum Support Posted February 24, 2017 IMHO, the county as a whole could do with a good Mexican restaurant. But being from San Diego, California and almost being adopted by my friends mother (they were from Mexico) I might be a bit of perfectionist. My wife lived in Southern California for over 20 years, and never really developed a taste for real Mexican food so going on that limited experience perhaps the Filipino palate doesn't appreciate "real" Mexican food.
Happyhorn52 Posted February 24, 2017 Posted February 24, 2017 My favorite Mexican Food comes from the state of New Mexico. They use a lot more Red and Green Chile's vs Texas Mex which uses more ground beef and Sour Cream.
