if memory serves, 3 weeks each time

I think that is where some will have problems like with extended time away.

Yes, I used messenger and they did get back today:

"Good day!

Please contact Legal Division at 465 2400 local 441 with regard to your concern."

Not much help.

Yes, but this one was probably a bit tricky, without a documented answer.

I'm not really worried about it.  Scott said he went out for 3 weeks without issue.  I think the people who had problems probably stayed out of the country until after their probationary expired, and had to start over.

Talking to my Lawyer yesterday, she said that sometimes the BI get a bit tetchy on leave of absence on Probation. She that we sign affidavits to the effect that we live as Husband and wife Totally and yet we leave the country, she said after all, it is a Residence issue. She further added that if you must go them inform the BI of your Leave of Absence  especially if you have not had your Interview and not received the Order and Stamping of your passport. Again she reminded me, Don't be out of the country at reporting  time if on probation.

This will go against you at permanent application.

 Just my 10 cents

Good day all:mocking: (very late on parade today)

I will be travelling on holiday with the entire family, so I doubt that it would be an issue.  And this will all be well after the interview and stamping of passport.
