No, I am not on 13a. The American was but he did not need the online number.

An American came in to do his annual report. He is on a 13a and came in with nothing, no online number, not even his passport. His 5 year ACR card was in the BI office and he paid 310p for his annual report. In and out in 5 minutes.

Why do they charge P310 for Annual Reporting when BI website says "Except tourist visa holders" ? I have a tourist visa and I just looked at my receipt and it too has the P310 fee for Annual Reporting. Contradiction from what BI website says that tourist visa holders don't need to do Annual Reporting.

On top of that, on my extension for months 3 and 4, they charged me 700p for ECC. On the left side of the agent, a sign says ECC is needed after 6 months stay, as does their website.

The reason that they do that is this is a country with no rules, they do what they want and you have no say in the matter.

It is the Fee-lippines. I have seen people complain and the when their voice gets loud, the security stands beside him. They pay or they do not get their passport and extension returned to them.

Possibly because at the bottom of the page it is dated 2014

All registered aliens and ACR I-Card holders except Temporary Visitor’s Visa holders or Tourist Visa holders.

According to new Bi Rules once you are Registered on the ARP and Hold an ACI card you are no longer Temporary & not a tourist any more [ very first line of the BI page.] + it is up on the Notice Boards in BI offices. As we know things can and  do Change without much or any notice.

You are considered LTV (long Term Visitor and as you will get 3 years at this, you will pay as permanent Aliens do. It may suck But......:whistling:

I love how different the offices are. Here, in Iloilo, all I needed was the online authorization number. They looked at my ACR but made no copies. They never even asked to see my passport.

Welcome to the Philippines - your mileage may vary.  :tiphat:

That is just like Immigration here in Pattaya Tim, you can go 6 times and get 6 different answers for the same question.
