Not always possible mogo. My recent experience flying would only be possible with a hospital plane. Think if one suffers a stroke same applies, as an Aussie you can avail of 1 cover. Pneumonia and heart attack. We (friends) asked if we could get him airlifted to St Lukes in Manila for better care (Silliman in Dumaguete sucks big time for this kind of emergency) The doctor said he would never make it on the flight and yet he died anyway as they just don't have good intensive care facilities for that kind of emergency at Silliman.
