OnMyWay Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 I hope someone who did their 13A at BI Main Intramuros recently can help. When I filed the paperwork for the 13A probationary last week, there was a sign around the ACR and/or fees window that said to bring your original OR and passport to the interview. Looking at the OR, it says on it "You are hereby directed to personally appear with the petitioner and bring all the original documents in support of the application". I don't really have all the original documents. They have them in the folder that they kept. Any guidance on what I need to bring to the interview? Tukaram (Tim) Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 I had a folder with my copies. I took that and they only looked at my passport, since he had all the other paperwork. I think it is just poorly written instructions. Par for the course.
Forum Support Mike J Posted February 6, 2017 Forum Support Posted February 6, 2017 My 13A was done in Cebu City but I agree with Tim. Copies are fine but they really only looked at the passport.

gurlytech1 Posted February 13, 2017 Posted February 13, 2017 Hi OnMyWay, I was wondering what the fees were for your application? Here in Baguio, it's about 13,000. And they need 3 sets of paperworks. 1 set is original and the other sets are copies!
