Surely not all American women look like that! There are a lot of beautiful American women, but not all attainable..

Many Filipino men here can vouch for that.

Exactly.  Many (most/all) American women who maintain a desirable physical appearance seem to believe that puts them out of the league of us fat old buzzards whereas filipinas see us fat old buzzards as "they eat, therefore, they are rich".
