That was the first thing I thought off. His first name is Stuart and he's allegedly starting work today for a wealth management company that specialises in helping out Ex Pats so be careful out there with your investments. My partner is checking the company out today via BIR. I'd be surprised if the company has more than a mail box as an office. It in Ayala Ave, Makati.

Did I mention the guy might have an issue using his card as it might have accidentally got damaged.  

Call Lloyds and tell them you found the card in the street, you have the info for them to 'verify' you actually have it so they are almost certain to put it on fraud hold at least.
