Gary D Posted May 13, 2017 Posted May 13, 2017 In our area of Luzon the changes in the last 20 years have been massive. 20 years ago it was like living in the 1950s We are now getting into the 60s. Local infrastructure has improved greatly, the daily brownouts are now rare, the roads are much better and malls built. Most of the family live up the road near Tanjay so we often stay in Dumaguete when we visit.
