Clermont Posted July 6, 2017 Posted July 6, 2017 Found a free download online language translator App, and can also be used offline with limitations. App's name is 'Google translate,' has been tested on Filipino's and very accurate (no voice recognition needed). If any trouble finding the App, I'll post a picture of the App. You can speak Tagalog (Filipino) into it and it will translate to English with English voice translation and written English/speak English into it and it will write translation into Tagalog but it can't talk Tagalog. I guess it can't change the pitch of its voice to sound like Filipinos ha ha ha. There is also a Cebuano one for people in Cebu, accurate too.

No where near an english version of what is written. Example text, hahahaahhaahahaaha ang bilat ra budlat ana , translated, Hahahaahhaahahaaha the bilat ra budlat ana It got the ha ha part right.
Clermont Posted July 6, 2017 Posted July 6, 2017 It will not translate that sentence because that is a different native language in the Philippines, ha ha ha is universal. If i am not wrong that is a 'Bisaya dialect' and the one that google translate can only recognize is ( Filipino Tagalog) because it is the national Language. Ipad also has a translator in it, it is free and it's offline application also, very good also. I have not researched/Laptops or computers, too bulky to put in hip pocket, ha ha ha.

Then why do they have a translate button if it cant be translated ?
