Gerald Glatt Posted June 14, 2017 Posted June 14, 2017 I just went from a40" waist back to 36 in second month of my low carb hi fat diet. breakfast was 6 pieces of bacon and four eggs with leftover veggie omelet lunch four (small) cheese and almond bread sandwich planning on 1/2k of roast brisket and a 1/2 rack of back ribs, asparagus and salad and a chocolate parfait with strawberries for desert. if hungry in the meantime will grab some walnuts or pecans or cheese as snack about 30 carbs and no sugars (might be a bit in the cream but not labeled) got ketonenois goning on.. great diet more fat good carbs bad. 245 April 30 less then 215 today. see the diet doctor online. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Gerald Glatt Posted June 14, 2017 Posted June 14, 2017 I hear many say all things in moderation...sort of like shooting yourself with a .22 instead of a .45 It is true that you may reduce your calorie intake and increase your exercise and lose weight and drop weight, for me it alwyas comes back as I eat because I'm starved or quit the exercise because tired. the diet does have it's downside some may not be able to make the lifestyle changes necessary.
