My Oz buddies here have adopted this accounting method a while back at our favorite beach resort since we like the place and the server and want to have a hassle free SIR. We're their only really regular afternoon customers and since the arithmetic seems to challenge their abilities at times, we decided to dumb it down to beer bottle counting tokens, akin to what are used in the primary grades to teach the transfer of number concept of object to symbolic. No empties are allowed to be removed until we settle the bills.

I think you have to have stayed somewhere they promote to give a report, I may be Wrong but
