Popular Post sonjack2847 Posted July 1, 2017 Popular Post Posted July 1, 2017 The dangers of drinking are that it can take over and you become dependent on it.I see people all over the place who have 1 hobby and that is drinking. They hardly ever eat and their health suffers.Know your limits and stick to them.Saying that I am going for a beer later.

Forum Support Popular Post Mike J Posted July 2, 2017 Forum Support Popular Post Posted July 2, 2017 Guys there is a risk here that no one has mentioned yet. You never ever want to drink so much that you let your mouth write a check your @ss can't cover. By that I mean you do not want to disrespect anyone especially if the other person has also been drinking. Many drinking arguments here are settled with a bolo or a .45. If you have a tendency to become argumentative instead of friendly when drinking, you should consider doing any "serious" drinking at home. Just my opinion, not suggesting that anyone here falls into that camp. BTW - my usual is SMG Pilsen, but my favorite is a nice 15-18 year old single malt Scotch. Almost forgot - If you are driving and decide you have had too much to drink, you need to pull over and take a nap.

Agreed. Even what seems like an innocent event has been known to start aggressive, drunk, filipino men on the road to proving they are LapuLapu and the foreigners are invading. So far I have been able to calm down any who get aggressive with a smile and an offer to buy him another drink. But if you are also the type to get aggressive when drinking . . I have seen some nasty incidents.
Sander Martin Posted July 7, 2017 Posted July 7, 2017 Ginebra or Gilbeys gin for me. A litre costs less then the tonic to mix it with. Cant go wrong and an hangover guaranteed. All Filipino beers (mainstream ones) are shit. No taste what so ever. Almost as horrible as the XXXX and Emu Exports all the Aussi locals were drinking in the outback :D.
