Gratefuled Posted June 28, 2017 Posted June 28, 2017 I try to follow the professional sports in the states here on tv. Not much luck. They show a lot of soccer and that seems to be an international sport. I like it too. Rugby, just seems like a game of "keep away" that we used to play as kids. As for Cricket, I don't understand it but it's popular internationally. Bingo at SM Mall occasionally Monopoly, Dominoes, Rummy and Casino card games. I cannot play golf or racquetball anymore due to an injury. I like to swim so we go to Paradise Island frequently. My Schwinn mountain bike was stolen and I have not bought another one. The rest of the time I just vegetate. Make off the wall comments here and laff to myself at the replies. Such a waste of time but WTF, right. What about you?
mogo51 Posted June 28, 2017 Posted June 28, 2017 I love horse racing, have all my life, that is probably why I am nearly broke. Watch Aussie horse racing by streaming on my apps box here, but not over optimistic that there will be enough internet speed there in Nth Luzon. Can always listen on the radio.
JJReyes Posted June 28, 2017 Posted June 28, 2017 People watching is a lot of fun. Seat in a hotel lobby or mall and order a tall drink. Make it last one or two hours.

The 5 or 6 Aussie horse races that I can do online betting are the only ones in the world that I cannot watch live. Says stream was rejected but I can watch 85 other ones from USA, Canada, England, Japan, Hong Kong, Belgium, France, and more.
Snowy79 Posted June 29, 2017 Posted June 29, 2017 I've had to completely change my hobbies due to a knee injury. Up until March for me it was mountain climbing. he higher the better. I arrived in country with plans of doing all the big ones in the Philippines and neighbouring countries. After climbing Mount Kinabalu in Malaysia my climbing days are now over. I've torn ligaments, tears in my cartilage and pretty much worn out knees now. Now it's gym work and perving if that's a sport.
