Last month, PAL cancelled two of our flights to Cebu on June 2 and again on June 15. On June 2, they put us on a Cebu Pacific flight 6 hours later but on June 15, I had to buy 2 tickets from Cebu Pacific. I wrote a polite letter on June 17 and so far, 13 days later, I got an automated reply (a please stay on the line, your call is important to us, type)
