Popular Post mogo51 Posted September 10, 2017 Popular Post Posted September 10, 2017 On Tuesday, we will officially own our home. All in place and there is very little left to do. Owner moved out yesterday and allowed us to commence painting, installing heater in shower, fix a/cs, lights etc. Take down rail in front of townhouse to be able to park car, a bit of tiling etc. First day, much has been done and painting starts tomorrow. I am lucky that my friend who had many years as a builder here, still has good contacts for tradesman and so far so good. We are really getting excited about moving in. In another post, there was discussion about owning v renting and I agree with others, there is something different about owning your home, than paying some mindless landlord rent for so many years. Yes, you are holding property that can cause you restrictions, but as it is intended for the long term benefit of my wife, it is serving the purpose. I was lucky to score a lazyboy chair which is just so comfortable and I am looking forward to restful slumber therein. I could not believe my luck when the outgoing owner offered it to me = free, another bargain.

Since buying mine about a year ago I am unable to get through a full movie which I have downloaded. In fact probably sleep more in lazy boy than the bed, much to the disgust of the SO whom is not having the tender care she desires since chair was bought. Be careful....... 4

Thus the appropriate name "lazy boy"! I have the same problem!
Forum Support Old55 Posted September 12, 2017 Forum Support Posted September 12, 2017 Lower back must be obeyed Ron. I have a zero gravity chair but don't need to sleep in it but it sure helps. Visited the Chiropractor this afternoon twice a week this month I'm sorry to say.
