Update the exercise bike

Well this bike is causing rows in our house as my wife and daughter are fighting about who goes on it.I have to take my hat off to my wife as she is on it every day and sometimes twice.

I said to her to give away some of her old clothes and she told me no if I put weight back on I will need them,skinny carrabao.

So far it has been a good investment she has much more energy and is feeling much better in herself.

The only problem we have now is I keep doing a Benny Hill chasing her around the house when my daughter is at school.

Great to hear Kev, my SO was mad keen for about 6 months after we bought one, now totally forgotton. To be fair some health issues still doubt she returns to it, I am so far hanging in.

Well Bruce a good outcome of this is that she has much more energy now and she is not feeling tired all the time.As you say she might get tired of it but if she does she has to pay me the cost of the bike yeh like that`s gonna happen.
